Christmas in July Blog Hop

Welcome to our Christmas In July Blog Hop with the Ginger Snap Scraps Design Team!

This weekend we will be featuring projects all about Christmas! Can you believe how fast the year is going!

We hope you enjoy all of the great work this Design Team has done and find some Christmas inspiration.

If you came from Maria's Blog, then you are in the right spot!

For my project, I wanted to decorate my own Christmas Gift Bags. As you know, when you go to a Dollar Store, you can get a good deal on those Simple White or Brown Paper Bags and you can transform them into anything you like. You can give it your own touch. So I wanted to use Doodlebug Paper to create my project. I cute a 7.5 x 9 piece of Christmas Stripe Doodlebug Paper and used my Martha Steward Punch to punch snowflake border on top and bottom of paper. Then I self glued to the bag. I then created this little box to the front of the bag where you can add a little gift card such as a Starbucks Card. I added some twine for the holder of the box. Then, I used Green Stickles to give it some sparkle. Hope you all like it.

For the sentiment, I used K. Andrews Fall-O-Ween Stamp Set to say "Treat for you."
