Christmas Blog Hop Recap

Time for the next hop here at Paper Primper Altered Art. We are so glad you joined us! Our design team is going to show you some Christmas projects, all sponsored by Paper Primper Altered Art. Be prepared to see some beautiful paper bag albums, cards, and other assorted Christmas items. For our final day recap, our featured designers will be showcasing their styles.

I hope you have been hopping along with us. You should have come from Diana. If not, go to Paper Primper Altered Art and start at the beginning.

For my project which I created on Day 1 were Christmas Gift Bags using Paper Brown Bags. I decided to create 4 bags designed differently which can be used to give amazing gifts for family and friends.

Materials used:
Paper Brown BagsChristmas Designer PaperRibbon
Christmas Embellishments
Martha Stewart Snowflake Puncher

Now, for my Final Day Project: I created a Season's Greeting Ornament that can placed on a Christmas Tree. I wanted to learn how to make a rosette so I hope I did it correctly. Again, please bare with me as it was my first time making it. LOL.

First, I took one of the Christmas Sheets that I received to make our Christmas Projects. I selected a Stripe Patterned Paper measured at 4 x 10. Then I placed the paper on my Martha Stewart Scoring Board and I scored it at least an inch. Then I folded like a fan. Then I combined it together to make the Rosette. Then, I used Prima flowers to place at the center of the rosette and used Queen & Company Christmas Brads.

I also created a simple Christmas Card that can be given to someone special. I used 3 Girls Jam Christmas Fiber Ribbon, Prima Red Rose Flowers, Christmas Present Embellishment.

I hope you like the Christmas Ornament and the Christmas card I made.Thank you so much for hopping along with us this week and for stopping by my blog. Now, please hop on over to Giselle.

  1. Very pretty projects. I love that ribbon. Can you tell me more about it. I would like to get some. I want to try to make a rosette, but am afraid it will not work. I think I need to try though...they always look great.
